Pace: 10:42 min/mileI'm slowly starting to feel like I'm getting my mojo back in the running department. I usually like to follow a training plan when I'm training for a race, but lately I've been just trying to run when I'm in the mood and hit the gym or do strength training when I'm not in the mood or the weather sucks. I've been finding that I'm more in the mood to run and more motivated to run since I've started to do this. And the nicer weather is a bonus, for sure. It's supposed to be at least 70 degrees out here this weekend so I'm seeing more runs in the near future!
For dinner, I doctored up a frozen pizza with some fresh tomato, chicken sausage, and a bit of Parmesan cheese. It was so yummy. Way to negate the running, I know.
