I've seen a lot of other bloggers do this I think I need to start doing this for some personal accountability. If this kind of stuff bores you to death, I understand and won't be offended if you skip it. But I exercised 4 times last week and I am wicked excited because I think I only exercised twice as many times in the entire month of September. I'm not techincally training for anything right now, but I've been thinking about doing our local Thanksgiving race.

Thursday

Looks like a great week of workouts! I was happy to see that I made it to the gym 6 out of 7 days and finished the week off with a nice 10K yesterday!
